Purchasing
Orders can be submitted by mail, phone or email. Please include your full name, mailing address and phone number as well as product details. If you are ordering wool, please include the colour, quantity or yardage required.
Prepayment is required prior to shipping and will be accepted by eTransfer, VISA, or Money Order. For your own security, please do not submit your credit card information via email. I will call you for this information once I receive your order.
All orders are usually shipped within one week of receiving your order. However, sometimes a product may be temporarily out of stock (on back order). I will definitely inform you of the status of your order. Special orders for hooked rugs will be shipped upon completion. I check my email every day so if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Shipping Policy
Shipping charges will be added to all orders. Each order is shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes insurance for your order and tracking information. Any custom duties, taxes or any other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
I make every effort to provide unique and high quality products to my customers. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate in contacting me. However, returns will not be accepted due to customer dissatisfaction of colour or dye lot. Colours may vary from those pictured due to computer monitor limitations and uniqueness of the dye batches. If you have any questions or suggestions, please send me an email or call me.
Our Goods are Tax Free
I do not add any tax to your purchase of our goods. The price listed is the final price you pay!
